Management

Jorge A. Briones, Jr. - Owner / Director
Jorge A. Briones, Jr., LEED AP BD+C is the owner and founder of Integrated Projects Group, LLC (IPG). A graduate from the University of Detroit School of Architecture, over a 24 year career in the building trades, he has been involved with design and construction of various facilities ranging in cost from $50K to $75M.
Having worked as an architect, superintendent, project manager, integrated projects manager and design build manager throughout his broad career, Mr. Briones now brings his extensive knowledge of the design and construction industries to Integrated Projects Group, LLC. His unique, multidisciplinary expertise, particularly in the area of integrated project and design build delivery methods, allow IPG clients to reap the benefits of an integrated team approach and ultimately the full potential of their projects.

Mr. Keith M. Snyder, Architect
Mr. Snyder is a deconstruction specialist, who recently relocated from the San Francisco bay area and will manage and oversee all aspects associated with deconstruction. This endeavor is a part of IPG’s “Green Initiative” commitment and our contribution to recycling building materials in an effort to improve the local environment and economy.
